FC Südtirol has taken the hearts of its fans by storm! Coach Fabrizio Castori's players showed what they are made of at the prestigious three-team tournament in Bolzano's Drusus Stadium. Against the reigning Coppa Italia winners Bologna FC and Serie A newcomers Sassuolo, the Whites fought like lions and thrilled the crowd.

In the first clash against the cup winners from Bologna, FC Südtirol pulled off a real surprise: a goalless 0:0! Although Bologna went into the game as the heavy favorites, the South Tyroleans put up a sensational fight. Mallamo and Italeng even had the chance for the lucky punch - the fans held their breath!

The duel between the two Serie A giants was also hotly contested: Bologna narrowly beat Sassuolo 2:1 in a lively match. But the highlight came in the final game: FC Südtirol held newly promoted Serie A side Sassuolo to a hard-fought 1-1 draw! Martini put the Whites ahead and sent the stadium into raptures before Sassuolo equalized. A true demonstration of fighting spirit and skill!

Preparations for the fourth Serie B season are in full swing. Fans can look forward to the next endurance test: On Sunday, August 3, FC Südtirol will host Hellas Verona at 6:30 p.m. at the Drusus Stadium in Bolzano.
