The Rittner Buam SkyAlps can also count on the services of Kevin Fink and Adam Giacomuzzi in the upcoming 2025/26 ice hockey season. The two forwards are known for their immense commitment and will continue to strengthen the team on the high plateau. Their uncompromising style makes them unpleasant opponents for any defense.
The 26-year-old Kevin Fink has been part of the squad since the 2015/16 season and has developed into a reliable scorer in recent years. In the 2023/24 season in particular, he exceeded all expectations with almost 50 scorer points. Last year, he recorded 32 points (14 goals) in 63 games. At 1.74 meters tall and 84 kilograms, Fink is a robust appearance. Due to his low center of gravity, he is difficult to separate from the puck and always causes trouble in the offense.
The situation is similar with 23-year-old Adam Giacomuzzi. He is known for his uncompromising approach to tackles and does not shy away from physical contact. Giacomuzzi has been with the Rittners since the 2018/19 season and, at 1.85 meters and 91 kilograms, has an enormous physical presence. Nevertheless, he is agile on his skates and has strong stickhandling skills. This helped the attacker to 27 scoring points (13 goals) in 66 games last season. When needed, Giacomuzzi also supported the team in defense.
The sporting directors of the Rittner Buam are delighted with the contract extensions: "Kevin Fink is almost an old hand who plays with high intensity and goes where it hurts. Adam Giacomuzzi is very flexible, dominant with a great drive on goal and still in the middle of his development - he is very important for us."
